Compact Single-axis Automatic Paint Spraying Line for Batch Production

The working process usually includes: loading of workpieces → pre-treatment (dust removal, oil removal) → automatic spraying → drying and curing → cooling → unloading. In this process, the single-axis reciprocating machine moves along a straight track in a periodic manner, controlling the spray gun to scan the surface of the workpiece uniformly to ensure consistent coating thickness. The drying part mostly adopts a "hot air circulation infrared heating tunnel furnace", with temperature and time being precisely set according to the type of coating to enhance the adhesion and hardness of the coating.
