Excimer UV auto-curing line for skin-feel matte coatings: perfume bottles, plastic and metal workpieces, automotive interior parts, electronic casings. The mainstream wavelength of the excimer lamp is 172nm vacuum ultraviolet (VUV), completely different from traditional mercury lamp UV: traditional UV penetrates the entire coating film for curing; the excimer 172nm only acts on the surface of the coating, a cold light source, curing at low temperature. Excimers are rare gases (xenon Xe) that, under high pressure, instantaneously form unstable excited-state molecules (excimers), releasing 172nm vacuum ultraviolet light upon molecular dissociation.

Features: No infrared heat radiation → cold light source, very low workpiece temperature rise, preventing high-temperature deformation of heat-sensitive plastic parts. Suitable for perfume bottles, essential oil glass bottles, cosmetic plastic bottles, bottle caps, and makeup casings; for creating ultra-matte UV topcoats with a smooth feel, fingerprint resistance, and wear resistance. Excimer lamps can also be used for surface activation before spraying onto glass/PP/ABS substrates to improve paint adhesion.

Laptop casings, mobile phone frames/back covers, Bluetooth earphone cases, remote controls, switch panels, small appliance casings (hair dryers, air purifiers); high-end matte finish casings utilize mainstream processes, resisting fingerprints, scratches, and yellowing.
