Full Automatic Glass Bottle Coating Production Line

Automated glass bottle coating line is a specialized industrial equipment for coating the surface of glass bottles. It is widely used in packaging production for cosmetics, perfumes, wines, and pharmaceuticals, achieving efficient and uniform coating operations.
This production line typically consists of the following core components:
Conveying System: Utilizes floor-mounted or overhead conveyors to ensure glass bottles enter each process stage stably and at a uniform speed.
Pre-treatment Unit: Includes flame dust removal and electrostatic dust removal to improve adhesion to the bottle surface.
Automatic Spraying Zone: Uses robotic spray guns or multi-axis reciprocating machines to apply multiple layers of coating, including primer and topcoat, to the glass bottles according to a preset program.
Drying and Curing Section: The coating is dried and cured using a tunnel oven or UV curing equipment.
Cooling and Unloading: Bottles are automatically cooled and unloaded. Some production lines integrate seven-axis automatic unloading equipment, saving labor costs.
Depending on the process requirements, it can be configured as a "one-coat-one-bake", "two-coat-two-bake" or even "four-coat-four-bake" mode, supports customized design, and is suitable for a variety of glass containers such as perfume bottles, wine bottles, and cosmetic bottles.
