Intelligent Multi-Axis Spraying System Delivers Accurate Coating Control

This multi-axis, dual-track spraying equipment is equipped with 15 motors and professional servo drives. The equipment operates smoothly and with a high degree of freedom. Servo motors and servo drives are used for high-precision positioning axes (such as X/Y/Z axes and rotary axes) to achieve precise speed and position control. The PLC and HMI work together; the human-machine interface sets spraying parameters (such as speed, thickness, and cycle time), and the PLC interprets the instructions to control the coordinated operation of each axis. This combination enables 360° spraying of complex workpieces without blind spots, supports non-standard customization, and is widely used in the automated coating of irregular products such as plastics, hardware, and magnetic rings.
