Solution: Plastic, glass, ceramic, and scented candle cups inherently lack metallic luster. By vapor-depositing an aluminum film, a high-gloss mirror-like silver effect is achieved, replacing traditional electroplating and enhancing the product's quality. It can be combined with subsequent UV paints to achieve champagne gold, iridescent, and other color effects. The film layer is uniform and delicate; it can be used for external coating and also supports coating the inner walls of glass bottles (reflective effect). Vacuum coating machines produce metallic aluminum films, but these films are extremely thin, soft, and easily oxidized, scratched, and discolor upon contact with air, making them unsuitable for direct shipment.
