The UV paint spraying and curing production line is used for providing gloss protection for PVD-coated workpieces. The system takes a sealed dust-free cleanroom as the basic condition for the spraying operation, controlling the suspended dust in the air and eliminating particle defects caused by high-gloss coating spraying; the workpieces enter the spraying area through a continuous conveying system to complete the UV protective paint coating; then they enter the IR low-temperature heating and leveling tunnel, where the paint film self-levels under the controlled low-temperature environment, slowly releasing the trace solvents in the coating and eliminating pinholes and orange peel defects; the leveled workpieces are continuously transported to the UV curing unit, using ultraviolet light energy to excite the light initiator inside the coating, triggering the resin cross-linking polymerization, and achieving instantaneous curing and forming a uniform, highly wear-resistant, and chemically resistant transparent protective coating on the surface of the PVD bright film.
