3-Axis Automatic Spraying Line

This 3-Axis Automatic Spraying Line is equipped with X, Y and Z three-axis linkage reciprocating spraying mechanism. The three axes can independently and accurately adjust the stroke, moving speed and spraying track, which can flexibly cover complex positions such as planes, sides, grooves and concave-convex surfaces of workpieces with high spraying positioning accuracy, thoroughly solving coating defects like missing spray and uneven film thickness of special-shaped workpieces. The whole line is made of 304 stainless steel and equipped with water curtain environmental paint mist recovery system. It can be freely matched with UV split-type machine with two spraying stations & two curing ovens and mini automatic conveying line to form a complete coating process. The fully automatic continuous spraying operation only requires manual loading and unloading, greatly saving paint and labor costs. It is suitable for mass production of helmets, plastic housings, hardware accessories, 3C products and other workpieces, serving as high-precision intelligent complete coating equipment independently developed by Shenzhen Xinqinfeng Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd.
