  1. Manual Loading: The door panel is fed into the spray booth, and the cylinder soft fork automatically clamps and positions it;

    2. Front + Four-Sided Spraying: The gantry reciprocates at a uniform speed, spraying the front and all four sides in one pass;

    3. In-situ Short Leveling (resting in the spray booth for 1–3 minutes, omitted for thin coating);

    4. Servo 180° Automatic Tilting: The spindle drives the door panel to flip smoothly without bumping;

    5. Reverse + Four-Sided Spraying: Repeating the spraying trajectory to achieve full coverage on both sides;

    6. Unclamping and Discharging: After spraying, the clamping fork is released, and the panel is manually transferred to the drying line;
