All mainstream composite materials for modern bulletproof helmets are compatible with this equipment:
UHMWPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene, PE, thickness 7–23mm, mainstream 10–12mm)
Aramid (Kevlar), PBO fiber composite helmet body
Carbon fiber/glass fiber composite bulletproof helmets

Processed in one step after the helmet is thermoformed:
1. Precise trimming of the outer contour;
2. Opening of night vision device interface, communication card slot, and guide rail mounting holes;
3. Beveled grooves for ventilation and breathability;
4. Beveled edges for the inner lining and irregular grooves for hanging points;
5. Cutting and opening holes for matching bulletproof inserts.
