Rotary Lampshade Interior and Exterior Spray Painting Machine

This rotary automatic spray painting equipment is specifically designed for glass and plastic lampshades. Its core functionality relies on a rotating, segmented rotary processing station combined with long-handled inner wall spray guns and side outer wall spray guns. A single machine continuously completes the spraying of reflective paint on the inner wall of the lampshade and colored or frosted paint on the outer wall. It is equipped with a paint mist collection water curtain cabinet and a hot air tunnel drying oven. Customized coating production lines can be provided according to production requirements. Suitable for table lamp shades, LED plastic lampshades, aromatherapy glass shades, and decorative gradient glassware.

The equipment includes a closed water curtain spray booth surrounding the spraying station, capturing paint mist in real time. It features water circulation filtration, ensuring a dust-free and mist-free workshop. It also features PLC intelligent control, touchscreen operation, and the ability to store multiple spraying programs. Spray speed, stroke, and spraying time can be flexibly adjusted.
