Mini Spraying Line

Mini spraying line is a compact integrated automatic coating equipment, which differs from large-scale spraying production lines of tens of meters in length. It features small floor occupation and low investment cost, and is widely applied in small-batch and multi-style production as well as sample testing for 3C accessories, small plastic and metal parts, art crafts and daily necessities. It is mainly divided into liquid paint mini oil-spray lines and electrostatic powder mini coating lines. The whole line adopts modular stainless steel structure with movable casters, consisting of conveying system, static dedusting station, closed spraying booth with paint mist recovery device, leveling section, curing oven with IR heating, hot air circulation or UV light solidification, air cooling zone, electric control cabinet and integrated waste gas treatment device. Its standard technological process includes feeding, static dust removal, automatic reciprocating spraying, paint leveling, heating curing, air cooling and blanking. With adjustable conveying speed, automatic gun stop function without workpieces and independent rotating fixtures, it effectively reduces paint consumption and improves coating uniformity. Generally covering an area of only 4 to 10 square meters with a total length of 6 to 12 meters, it merely requires two workers for loading and unloading while all spraying, dedusting and baking processes run automatically. Compared with large coating lines, it costs much less, supports quick color and product switching within half an hour, yet its hourly output is limited to 1,000 to 3,000 small parts, making it unsuitable for mass production of oversized or deep-cavity workpieces.
