Standard UV Two-Spray Process: High-Quality Surface Treatment for Switch Panels

Jul 10, 2026 0

High-quality surface treatment for switch panels typically employs a standardized UV two-spray, two-bake production process. This standardized process ensures strong coating adhesion and a smooth, uniform finish, effectively enhancing the texture, wear resistance, and anti-aging properties of the switch panels. It meets the high-standard surface coating needs of various products, including home decoration, engineering projects, and smart switches.

Xinqinfeng Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. offers customized solutions, including complete integrated spraying, drying, and UV curing equipment. Employing independent primer and topcoat spraying operations, the processes are seamlessly connected and highly automated. Equipment configurations and production line layouts can be customized to meet the needs of customers from small-batch trial production to large-scale mass production.

Process flow: First, after the workpiece is cleaned and dried, it enters the first layer of primer spraying. After the product fixture is manually installed, it enters the mini spraying line. After full-area spraying, the workpiece is manually transferred to the primer drying tunnel oven, and then enters the topcoat UV spraying process. The primer and topcoat spraying mini lines are separate and do not share, to ensure the cleanliness of the UV paint spraying. After UV spraying, it enters the low-temperature rapid surface drying box and then the UV curing oven. After cooling, it is packaged. The entire process is interconnected yet independent. Equipment of different sizes and operating speeds can be customized according to production requirements.
